Product Descriptions
Betaine Hydrochloride: Each capsule contains 10 grains, 648 mg of betaine
hydrochloride, for use in assisting digestion. Betaine Hydrochloride is available in
bottles of 100 and 250 capsules. (C, SD)
Activated Charcoal: Our activated charcoal capsules are made from plant
products only. Charcoal is a powerful absorber of gas and toxins, but may also
absorb nutrients and medications and should be used separately from them when
possible. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist about use with
medications. There are 260 mg of charcoal per capsule. Charcoal is available in bottles of 60 and
120 capsules. (NE)
Colon-Aid: Three capsules of Colon-Aid contain 750 million live Lactobacillus
acidophilus, 750 million Bifidobacterium bifidus plus 1000 mg of Fructoolligosac-charides. Colon-Aid is kept refrigerated until shipped to keep the
bacteria alive and healthy, and should be refrigerated after receiving it for maximum
potency. Colon-Aid is available in bottles of 100 capsules. (C, MS)
Digestine: Digestine contains a broad spectrum of digestive enzymes. Each tablet contains: Pancreatin (140 mg of porcine), mycozyme (140 mg, an amylase enzyme isolate from fungi), papain (70 mg from papaya), pepsin (70 mg),
betaine HCl (70 mg), and iron ox bile (65 mg bovine). The pancreatin is enteric coated for release in the small intestine (that will not release with pH below 6.8) thereby preventing denaturation of the active enzyme. In other words, we have coated the pancreatin so that it will not dissolve until it gets into the small
intestine. Digestine is available in bottles of 100 tablets. (C, Maltodextrin, MS, SA)
GlutenAce: It is essential for persons with gluten intolerance to strictly avoid
gluten containing foods. However, it is very difficult to completely eliminate all gluten,
especially when eating away from home. GlutenAce is designed to help digest small
amounts of gluten resulting from accidental contamination and to reduce
gastrointestinal inflammation from eating gluten. Each capsule contains: 100 mg of
BioCore DPP IV protease enymes form A. oryzae (30,000 HUT, 500 DPP-IV)
and (A.melleus 8.5 AP), 300 mg of bromelain (360 GDU), and 100 mg of quercetin.
Each bottle contains 60 capsules. (MS, SD).
L-Salivarius: A potent probiotic supplement with approximately 2 billion live
Lactobacillus salivarius bacteria and 100 mg of fructooligsaccharides per
capsule. This combination of probiotics and prebiotics can help establish a healthy intestinal

Milk-Gest: Milk-Gest is a vegetarian digestive enzyme supplement that assists with digesting both the lactose and proteins found in milk. Each capsule contains sufficient enzyme for the digestion of 2 cups of milk or 2 oz. of cheese. Milk-Gest is available in bottles of 100 capsules. (C)

mg), bentonite (160 mg), citrus pectin (80 mg), Lactobacillus acidophilus, as well as

buckthorn, rhubarb, cascara sagrada, whole leaf aloe vera, and spices. This blend is a

Nattokinase: Nattokinase is a very specialized substrate specific fibrinolytic enzyme produced by fermentation of soybeans with Bacillus subtilsin natto. Other enzymes have fibrinolytic activity, but only true nattokinase has been
demonstrated to be absorbed after oral ingestion as an active enzyme, and to have physiological efficacy. Caution: Although nattokinase is a safe whole food ex-tract, caution should be used when using it with blood-thinning medications and/or high doses of supplements known to act as blood thinners such as vitamin E and Gingko Biloba. Nattokinase is available in bottles of 60 capsules. (C)
Para-Min: A blend of black walnut hull powder (200 mg), diatomaceous earth (50
mg), fumaric acid (100 mg), ginger root (50 mg), blue vervain (Verbena spuria) (50
mg), wormwood (50 mg), garlic (50 mg), and cayenne pepper (50 mg). Para-Min is
available in bottles of 180 capsules. (MS)
Psylli-Yum: Psylli-Yum is both a heart healthy product and promotes
intestinal health and regularity. Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 3 g. of soluble fiber per day may reduce the risk of heart disease. Just one serving of Psylli-Yum provides 2.8 g. of soluble fiber. This product contains vitamin C (450
mg),
calcium (carbonate, 144 mg), psyllium (Plantago asiatica) (4.4 g), bentonite (120

Vega-Lax: Each capsule contains cascara sagrada (Rhamnus purshiana, 194 mg), senna leaf (Cassia marilandica, 194 mg), glucomannan (35 mg), and dehydrated aloe vera gel (equivalent to 700 mg of liquid gel). Vega-Lax is available in bottles of 100 capsules. (C, MS)

(NE): No Excipients - Many products contain no excipients.
(C): Cellulose - Also known as microcrystalline cellulose. A purified plant fiber used as a
filler, flowing agent, and aids tablet disintegration. Besides aiding in manufacturing,
cellulose supplies a high quality dietary fiber.
(CL): Chlorophyll - Natural plant material used as a protective coating on tablets.
(CS): Croscarmellose Sodium - This form of cellulose absorbs large quantities of water and
expands rapidly. This is used in small amounts to help tablets disintegrate. This effectively
eliminates the problem of undigested tablets.
(MS): Magnesium Stearate - Magnesium stearate is made by combining magnesium with
vegetable oils. Magnesium stearate assists in allowing ingredients to flow into tablet
dies and capsules.
(S): Shellac - A natural coating produced from tree resins by insects and collected by
farmers in India. Used on a few tablets that need protection from oxygen and moisture.
(SD): Silicon Dioxide - A natural silica used as an anti-caking agent, that allows
―sticky materials to flow. All silica is poorly absorbed, but does add some silicon to the diet.
Typically used in concentrations of 1% or less.
(SO): Soybean Oil - This natural vegetable oil is frequently included in soft-gel capsules
containing fat soluble vitamins or oils.
(SA): Stearic Acid - A natural vegetable oil often used as a lubricant to allow difficult
agents to flow. Used in small amounts (usually 2% or less) therefore, not adding
significant calories from fat.
